For solider welfare, morale promotion and celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, Mayor Li led Civil Bureau Chief and a staff and also invited Kinmen Defense Chief Commander and Political Warfare Commander, Liu Island Military Commander to visit soliders in Erdan Island to express concern for their welfare. County Mayor Li wishes every solider having a happy Dragon Boat festival holiday(as shown in photo made by Tsai) and also donated meal subsidy, fruits, drinks and a huge carton of KFC fast food by air mail from Taipei. Kinmen Defense Commander and soldiers in Erdan Island all expressed appreciation for the county mayor’s concern in the eve of Dragon Boat Festival holiday.
