Subsidized home care: Anyone who is above 65 years of age, with household registration over 6 months, without any relatives to count on, and his/her physical condition is not appropriate for employment yet s/he can look after themselves in daily life.
Self-funded home care: Anyone who is above 65 years of age, with household registration over 3 years, and his/her physical health is good. The spouse of the above applicant shall be over 55 years old with good health conditions and the ability to look after themselves.
